Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations and substitutions will be accepted until October 5, 2026. 
    • Cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee.  
  • No registration fee refunds after October 5, 2026. 
  • Substitutions only if pre-course assignment arrangements can be coordinated. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-attendance without notification does not release you or your organization from the responsibility of paying your registration fee. The refund policy above determines what you or your organization owes.
