The 59th Conference on Manufacturing Systems - CMS 2026 will be hosted at the University of Texas at Austin.

The Walker Department of Mechanical Engineering welcomes you to participate in this conference, which attracts academics and researchers in the field of manufacturing systems to meet, engage and share about their R&D findings.

The goal of the Conference on Manufacturing Systems is to promote cooperation among members to achieve excellence in teaching and research in the field.

Full Paper Templates

  • Full paper should be in line with the overarching topics of the conference.
  • The length of the full paper is strictly restricted to 6 pages, including references.
  • Full paper should be prepared using the official template provided by Elsevier, which can be downloaded via the button below.
  • During the final submission, Elsevier requires a PDF version of your full paper as well as a .doc/.docx or .tex version. 
  • Please note: for every separate publication, one registration is required.

Submission of abstract is not required to submit a full paper.

Austin is a vibrant, eclectic city that's often described as the cultural and creative heart of the Texas.

The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) is located just north of downtown Austin. The campus is spread over 430 acres, centered around the iconic UT Tower. 

The conference will be held in the AT&T Conference Center which is situated on the south edge of the campus. The Center is close to downtown Austin's dining and entertainment scene. Attached to the Conference Center are hotel rooms for attendees.
