Where Is The Event Located?
The event is located at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center (2110 San Jacinto Blvd) on campus at The University of Texas at Austin.
What Is The Cost Of The Event?
This is a free event. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided.
What Wi-Fi network should I use?
UT provides free guest Wi-Fi called "utguest" that visitors can connect to without a password. Simply select the network and accept the terms.
Is there space where I can step away and work during the event?
Yes. The Main Lounge offers ample seating for guests who may need a quiet place to check email, take meetings, or get some work done.
Will the event be livestreamed?
No, the event will not be livestreamed. However, all sessions will be recorded and made available for viewing within one week of the event. Stay tuned for a follow-up email with access details.
What Are The Parking/Rideshare Arrangements?
IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE
Campus garage availability is more limited than usual this semester. If you are not UT faculty, staff, or a student, you must request a personalized QR code parking pass in advance to guarantee garage availability. Your QR code must be scanned upon garage entry. If you park in a campus garage without a QR code permit, we are not able to provide parking validation.
Please email Kate DiMaggio (kate.dimaggio@utexas.edu) no later than Monday, March 2 at noon to receive your unique QR code permit for access to either:
- San Jacinto Garage (2400 San Jacinto Blvd)
- Brazos Garage (210 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd)
We strongly encourage external guests to request their pass as soon as possible to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
RIDESHARES
Rideshare services may drop off nearby on the east curb at 2484 San Jacinto Blvd. This is located in between the Mustang Statue and the San Jacinto Parking Garage.
Where Should I Stay?
Can I attend without registering in advance?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Please be mindful during mealtimes, as catering was planned based on registration numbers. If you join us without registering, we kindly ask that you allow registered guests to go through the food line first.
