Thank you Seoul!

The 2026 Texas Global Alumni Summit in Seoul, held April 16–17, 2026, at the Westin Josun Seoul, marked a milestone for The University of Texas at Austin’s global engagement, convening more than 120 alumni, partners, deans, and faculty from 19 countries across five continents. As UT’s inaugural global alumni summit, the gathering reflected years of sustained relationship building in Korea and the strength of the university’s international alumni network. Through conversations with deans and panels on innovation in healthcare, the global energy landscape, UT Austin’s leadership in the global semiconductor ecosystem, and the global impact of K-culture, the summit highlighted how alumni and partners advance UT’s impact across borders.
