Fee Structure

Below is the fee structure for the conference. This fee structure is to assist you and your organization in planning for conference expenses.

Please note that registration for in-person attendance will close on January 31, 2026 or when the program hits capacity - whichever comes first. Virtual registration will be available up to the conference dates.

Coming with a group? Register together for a group discount.

• Groups sized 6-9 receive 5% off registration.
• Groups sized 10 or more receive 10% off registration.

The group leader or admin for a group this size should contact ssw-pd@austin.utexas.edu to secure a discount code for your organization.

Group discounts only apply to full conference registrations.
