Welcome to TTAP’s annual Assistive Technology (A.T.) Conference! TTAP, the state AT program for Texas, supports Texans with disabilities, their caregivers, and the professionals who serve them with access to A.T. We are pleased to offer a statewide conference focusing on these technologies. Join us for stellar spotlight presenters, on-topic concurrent sessions, and an Exhibit Hall packed with the latest and greatest AT tools.

Who should Exhibit: Viva La Vida with A.T. is an Assistive Technology (A.T.) Conference. Vendors are typically associated with the field of A.T. or support A.T. devices or services. If you are not sure your company is a good fit, please feel free to contact us before submitting.

Venue

  • The Commons Learning Center is at the University of Texas JJ Pickle Research Campus 
  • One table and chairs for staff provided
  • Exhibitors may bring their own table, chairs, other items if they fit in the booth space
  • Exhibitors may rearrange tables and chairs in the booth space
  • Pop up backdrops, pull up banners, and table top displays are allowable if they fit in the booth space
  • No curtain dividers or back drops are provided
  • The exhibitor space is in a large atrium and holds a maximum of 50 vendors
  • Venue doors auto lock at 5:00 PM
  • Free guest Wi-Fi is available
  • Security will be onsite from 4:00pm through the night

  • About 300-350 participants are anticipated 
  • Coming from TX, OK, NM, and LA 
  • AT professionals including:
    • Birth-3, ECI, K-12 personnel

    • Rehab/medical/allied professions (SLPs, OT, PT, MDs, Nurses, Recreational Therapists, etc.)

Load in/out:

  • Load In
    • Tuesday 10/27/26 1:30 pm-4:30 pm
    • Wednesday 10/28/26 7:00 am-7:30 am (attendees may arrive as early as 7:00am
  • Load out
    • Thursday 10/29/26 2:15 pm-4:30 pm

Attendee Conference App/Website:

  • Exhibitors will have access to their PROFILE in the attendee app/website to:
    • Add Logo
    • Add company and booth staff contact information
    • Upload promotional materials
    • Upload videos

Exhibitors- Know before you go:

  • Print the Exhibitor parking pass and display in car dash (emailed in October)
  • On arrival, proceed to the Exhibitor sign in (badge and materials will be in the Exhibitor packet)
  • Exhibitors may attend sessions, but please allow attendees spaces first. Wait until the day of to select your sessions via the attendee app/website. Please unselect sessions if you change your choices.
  • Sign up for CEUs closer to the event if desired and review procedures via the attendee app/website (available fall 2026).
