Registration Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please submit your request in writing directly to ttap@austin.utexas.edu . All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing; phone cancellations will not be accepted. Please allow at least one full business day for response. A non-waivable $25 processing fee applies to all cancellations. There will be special considerations made to transfer a registration within organizations. Use the email above to make the written request. Confirmation of request will be provided once change is completed. A refund up 80% will be available until 7/30/2026, and a refund of 50% will be available until 9/1/2026. No refund is available after 9/2/2026.
